👨🏫The ESL Teachers Development project team invites Secondary School English teachers from the Southern part of Azerbaijan to increase their knowledge and skills and get an opportunity to hold an international certificate in teaching by joining free online training sessions.

📌The project “Support to Capacity-building of ESL Teachers from Vulnerable Communities” is held with the support of the US Embassy. The purpose of the project is to boost the capacity of the secondary school English teachers from Masalli, Lankaran, Astara, Lerik, Yardimli and Jalilabad districts in the topics of teaching methods, lesson planning, classroom management, designing effective English writing, reading comprehension, listening, and speaking tasks and to contribute their professional development.

📅In total, the project has 2 phases from November till February. The program contains training sessions, lesson planning and submission of video demo classes.
The training sessions will be conducted by trainers studied in the USA and Hong Kong.

👩🏻💻It should be noted that the training sessions will be conducted online (via ZOOM), so that there are not any obstacles for the teaching process.

📌All teachers who completed the program successfully will be awarded with certificates of accomplishment. 5 top teachers with the best results will be awarded with TKT exam tickets.
