Tədrisin keyfiyyətinin artırılması istiqamətində UNEC-də həyata keçirilən islahatlardan biri də nüfuzlu xarici universitetlərdə ikili diplom proqramlarına üstünlük verilməsidir. Artıq UNEC tələbələrinin 4 il təhsil müddəti ərzində UNEC diplomu ilə bərabər, Fransanın Montpellier, London Universiteti-London İqtisadiyyat Məktəbinin, İsveçin UBİS, Litvanın Mikolos Romeyros universitetlərinin də diplomlarını alması reallıqdır.
UNEC bu istiqamətdə yeni uğura imza atıb. Belə ki, bir ildən çox müddətdə aparılan danışıqların nəticəsi olaraq 12 oktyabrda İstanbulda UNEC rektoru professor Ə.Muradov və Linkoln Universitetinin rektoru, professor M.Brodsky tərəfindən ABŞ-ın Linkoln Universiteti ilə UNEC arasında ikili diplom proqramına dair müqavilə imzalanıb. Müqaviləyə əsasən, UNEC tələbələri öz seçimlərinə uyğun olaraq, 1 və ya 2 il ABŞ-da oxumaqla, yaxud ABŞ-dan gələn professorların tədris etdiyi 9-12 fənni Bakıda UNEC-də dinləyib uğurla imtahan verdikdən sonra UNEC diplomu ilə yanaşı, həm də ABŞ Linkoln Universitetinin diplomunu əldə edə biləcəklər. Müqavilənin üstünlüyü həm də ondadır ki, ikili diplom proqramından həm bakalavr, həm də magistrlar bəhrələnə biləcək.
Linkoln Universiteti 1919-cu ildə yaradılıb. “San Francisco Business Times” reytinqinə əsasən, University of Californiya, Berkeley/Haas School of Business və Stanford Graduate School of Business-dən sonra “MBA Proqrams in the Greater Bay Area” da ən yaxşı MBA təhsili verən universitetdir. UNEC в этом направлении достиг новых успехов. Так, в результате переговоров, проводимых свыше года, 12 октября в Стамбуле ректором UNEC профессором А.Мурадовым и ректором университета Линкольна США профессором М.Бродским был подписан договор по программе двойного диплома между университетом Линкольна США и UNEC. Согласно контракту, студенты UNEC в соответствии со своим выбором обучаясь 1 или 2 года в США, или заслушав 9-12 дисциплин, преподаваемых профессорами из США в UNEC в Баку, после успешной сдачи экзаменов могут получить наряду с дипломом UNEC диплом университета Линкольна США. Преимуществом указанного договора является также то, что программой двойного диплома могут воспользоваться как бакалавры, так и магистры.
Университет Линкольн был создан в 1919 году. Согласно рейтингу “San Francisco Business Times” после University of Californiya, Berkeley/Haas School of Business и Stanford Graduate School of Business является лучшим университетом по обучению MBA в “MBA Proqrams in the Greater Bay Area”. UNEC is launching the dual degree diploma program with the University of Lincoln of the USA
One of the reforms implemented at UNEC in the direction of improvement the quality of teaching is the preference given to dual diploma programs at the prestigious foreign universities. It is actually a reality that, the UNEC students are already receiving the diplomas of Montpellier University of France, London University- London School of Economics, UBIS University of Sweden, the Lithuanian University of Mykolas Romeris together with the UNEC diploma during the 4 year study period.

UNEC has achieved the new success in this direction. So that, as the result of talks held over more than a year, in Istanbul on October 12, the UNEC rector, prof. A.Muradov and the rector of the Lincoln University of USA prof. M. Brodsky signed the contract on the dual degree diploma program between US Lincoln University and UNEC. Under the contract, the UNEC students according to their choice can get the education within 1or 2 years in the United States or after completing the course consisted of 9-12 subjects taught by the professors from the United States in Baku and after successfully taking the exams, they will also be able to obtain, the diploma from the Lincoln University of the USA in addition to UNEC diploma. The advantage of this contract is that both bachelors and masters’ degree level students will benefit from the dual degree diploma program.
