The Azerbaijan Carpet Museum: Tradition and Sustainable Development lecture is devoted to the Carpet Museum's activity in modern period, traditions related to the carpet art, and the stages of their sustainable development. Talking about the activity of the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum, was provided the information about the history and main fields of activity of the museum (collections, its analysis and enrichment, new work strategy and projects implemented in the museum), carpet weaving art, patterns adorning carpets. The periods of carpet-weaving art are analyzed based on the exhibits preserved in the museum's collections.
