Zaqatala filialına yeni tədris ilindən I və II ixtisas qrupu üzrə tələbə qəbulu həyata keçiriləcək. I ixtisas qrupunu seçən abituriyentlər informasiya texnologiyaları ixtisası üzrə əyani təhsil ala biləcəklər. II qrupda isə ixtisasların sayı artırılıb. II ixtisas qrupu üzrə iqtisadiyyat, maliyyə, mühasibat uçotu və audit, biznesin idarə edilməsi, turizm və otelçiliklə yanaşı, menecment, marketinq ixtisasları da tədris olunacaq.
Tələbə və valideynləri sevindirəcək daha bir yenilik isə Zaqatala filialında təhsil haqları ilə bağlıdır. Belə ki, filialda ixtisaslar üzrə təhsil haqları qiyabi və əyani təhsildə əhəmiyyətli dərəcədə azaldılıb. Filiala qiyabi qəbul planında və keçid ballarında da dəyişikliklər olunub. Biliyin qiymətləndirilməsində şəffaflıq və operativliyin təmin olunması üçün isə imtahanlar elektron qaydada mərkəzləşdirilmiş test üsulu ilə aparılacaq. Filialda tələbələrin stimullaşdırılması, sağlam rəqabət mühitinin yaradılması məqsədilə ötən tədris ilində olduğu kimi, bu il də imtahanlarda ən yüksək nəticə göstərən tələbə təhsilini bir semestrlik Bakıda davam etdirə biləcək. С нового учебного года в Закатальском филиале будет осуществлен прием студентов по I и II группе специальностей. Абитуриенты, выбравшие I группу специальностей, смогут получить очное образование по специальности информационных технологий. А во II группе увеличилось число специальностей. По II группе специальностей наряду с экономикой, финансами, бухгалтерским учетом и аудитом, управлением бизнесом, туризмом и отельным делом, будут преподаваться такие специальности как менеджмент, маркетинг.
Еще одно новшество, которое обрадует студентов и родителей, связано с оплатой за обучение в Закатальском филиале. Так, в филиале плата за обучение по специальностям очного и заочного отделений значительно уменьшилась. Изменения коснулись также плана приема на заочное отделение и проходные баллы. Снижены проходные баллы в филиал.
С нового учебного года в Закатальском филиале с целью повышения качества обучения будет применяться модель электронного университета. Для обеспечения прозрачности и оперативности в оценке знаний экзамены будут проводиться в электронной форме по системе централизованного тестирования. В филиале с целью стимулирования студентов, создания здоровой конкурентной среды в этом году как и в минувшем студент, показавший самый высокий результат на экзаменах, может продолжить учебу в Баку. В то же время 3 студентам, показавшим самые высокие результаты на экзаменах, будет выдаваться специальная стипендия в размере 100 AZN.

In Zagatala branch will be realized the admission of students to the I and II specialty groups in the new academic year. The applicants, who choose the I specialty group will be able to get the on-campus education in the field of information technology. The number of specialties has increased in the II group. On the II specialty group will be taught the economics, finance, accounting and auditing, business management, tourism and hotel management, management and the marketing specialties, as well.
Another innovation that will please the students and parents is tuition fees at the Zagatala branch. Thus, the tuition fees in the branch have been significantly reduced in correspondence and on-campus education. The changes have been made to the branch in the admission plan and admission score. The admission score to the branch has been reduced.
In the new academic year, the Electronic University Model will be applied to improve the quality of education in Zagatala branch. In order to ensure the transparency and efficiency in the assessment of knowledge, the exams will be conducted electronically by the centralized testing method. As in the previous academic year, in order to stimulate the students and create the healthy competition environment in the branch, the student getting the highest grade points in the exams will be able to continue the education within one semester in Baku this year, as well.
